Fritz Öhler develops exclusively customised products for the demanding fields of machine and clamping equipment construction. As we often work on sensitive new developments, absolute confidentiality is a matter of course for us. Whilst we can only publicly display selected references, our full innovative strength flows discreetly into every single project – always in the service of your specific requirements.
Our manufacturing expertise
- Turning: Our modern CNC lathes and CNC turning-milling centres enable the precise production of both simple and complex turned parts, with diameters of up to 380 mm and lengths of up to 1,000 mm.
- Milling: With our state-of-the-art 5-axis milling machines, we can process workpieces flexibly in both horizontal and vertical orientations – delivering maximum precision and versatile manufacturing capabilities
- Grinding: The ultimate precision - we offer a comprehensive range of high-accuracy grinding processes, including internal and external cylindrical grinding up to approximately 300 mm in diameter (larger sizes available on request), HSK grinding, centreless grinding, non-cylindrical grinding, thread grinding, polygon grinding, centre grinding, and surface grinding. Micron-level precision is standard for us!
- Measuring: Measuring and documenting results are an integral part of our quality process. Our ZEISS measuring machine is just one of many high-precision measuring instruments we use to consistently meet our exacting quality standards.
- Coating: To protect against premature wear, ensure reproducible clamping forces, and maximise process reliability, we offer high-quality coatings in collaboration with trusted partners. Hard-rough coatings can also be applied directly in-house.
- Materials: In principle, we process all common materials.
